I am a Christian and a Pastor. I have been married to Clay for 13 years and I live in the great State of Texas! I have two beautiful daughters (Layla Shae & Livy Rae) and 4 sons in heaven (Leo, Lyle, Liam, & Levi) that I can’t wait to meet. We are in our first surrogate journey. Becoming a Mom is a beautiful and difficult journey. We all have different stories, experiences, and memories but we all hope to end at the same dream destination. The destination ends in being called “Mom”. Often times, the dream is not the reality but we chase the hope of it being better than we’ve dreamed. As you read these blogs my hope is to encourage you, make you laugh, and talk about how to turn what feels like failure into a win.
